DAY 1 – BENGALURU
Arrival at Bengaluru airport, where you will be received by one of our representatives, who will help you check out of the airport, and take you to our hotel and help you check in. Once you have reached the hotel, retire for the day.

DAY 2 – MYSORE
Breakfast will be followed by a half day tour of Bengaluru. The tour will include visit to the Vidhana Soudha, which is the Legislative Chambers of the state Government of Karnataka. You will further visit the iconic Bull Temple, which is home to a colossal monolithic idol of Nandi. Last, but not the least, you will also visit the Fort of Tipu Sultan. The fort houses the famous palace, which is curved out of tea wood and contains decorated pillars, a number of concave arches and spacious balconies.
In the evening, you drive to Mysore, which is 145 km from Bengaluru and takes about 4 hours to reach. En route, you visit Srirangapatnam, which in a island fortress as well as a city of immense religious, historic as well as cultural importance, and the capital city of Tipu Sultan’s kingdom. Upon arrival at Mysore, you check in to the hotel and retire for the day.

DAY 3 – MYSORE
The day begin with an excursion to Somnathpur. Later on, you visit the great majestic Mysore Palace, a colossal building sprawling over a huge landmass and house of one of the most exquisite carvings and artworks from the entire world. Then, you visit the Chamundi Hills. Half way to the top of the Chamundi Hills is Nandi, a majestic monolith of Lord Shiva’s bull.

DAY 4 – OOTY
Morning breakfast will be followed by approximately 4 hours drive to Ooty, which is 135 km from Mysore. Known all over the world, as the, “Queen of Hill stations, and located in the lap of the Nilgiri Hills, Ooty is situated at an altitude of 2,240 meters avobe the sea level. Upon arrival at Ooty, you check in to your hotel and retire for the day.

DAY 5 – OOTY
Breakfast will be followed by a half day tour of Ooty. The entire place is really a feast for your eyes, thanks to its ecstatic beauty, the enchanting hills and fascinating greenness all around, the lofty mountains around you, with a lush, dense cover of eucalyptus, dense forests, and acres after acres of tea plantations that creates a wave of green for your eyes, when you look at them from a distance. You can pay a visit to the local Botanical Gardens, which cover a total area of a whopping 22 acres. You can visit the Ooty Lake, and get to the top of the Dodabetta Peak, which at 2,623 meters, is the highest peak of the NIlgiris. The peak is located at the convergence point of the Eastern and the Western Ghats.

DAY 6 – ATHIRAPALLY
Have your breakfast and drive to Athirapally, which is 249 km from Ooty and will take more or less 6 hours to reach by road. Upon reaching Athirapally check in to the hotel. Later you visit the Athirapally and the Vazhacha Falls. Athirapally, located in the Trisshur District of the state of Kerala, as per the environmentalists, is an extremely rare riparian ecosystem. The falls in Athirapally and in Vazhachal are two of the world most spectacular waterfalls, and witnessing them is really one of its kind, lifetime experience for everyone, which cannot be described really in words. Hovering high above the majestic Sholayar forest ranges on the outer edges of Kerala’s world famous rain forest, the majestic Athirapally waterfalls offer a soporific escape for you, if you are looking forward to leave behind the hasty pace your urban life behind.

DAY 7 – KOCHI
Have your breakfast, and drive to Kochi, which is 73 km from Athirapally and will take around 1 hours and 50 mins to reach by road. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, you can witness the traditional Kathakali dance performance by the local performers, which dates back to the 17th Century.

DAY 8 – KOCHI
Set off for a full day tour of Kochi after breakfast. The trip will include the Kochi Fort with the St. Francis Church, which is the oldest church of India built by the Europeans. Other places that you will visit will include Mattanchery (the street or cherry of butchers), which is famous for the old synagogue of the Jewish Quarter. Other places include the Dutch Palace, which is famous for a vast collection of mural paintings depicting various incidents from the Hindu epics.

DAY 9 – MUNNAR
In the morning, have your breakfast and drive to Munnar, which is 128 km from Kochi and will take around 3 hours 50 mins by road. Once you arrive at Munnar, you quickly check into your hotel and you will retire for the day.

DAY 10 – MUNNAR
Breakfast will be followed by a full day tour of Munnar. You will visit the Tea Museum, which will give an idea about some interesting aspects regarding tea plantations and tea cultivation and processing. Also, you will visit the Mattupetty, which is famous of its dam and lake, with the later offering you a breathtaking view of the pristine blue water amidst a sea of undulating green meadows all around. In the afternoon you visit the Kundala tea plantations and the famous Kundala Lake along the mountain slopes, which are lush green in appearance with the thick cushion of evergreen tea plantations. Here, you will be able to perceive the entire technique of tea cultivation and processing – right from plucking the tea leaves till their processing and packaging. In the evening return to your hotel.

DAY 11 – MADURAI
Breakfast will be followed by a drive to Madurai, which is 140 km from Munnar and will take 140 km from Madurai and will take more or less 2 hours 50 mins. Upon arrival, you will straightaway head for a full day tour of Madurai. The trip will include a visit to the Meenakshi Temple, which is the heart as well as the lifeline of this 2500 year old city. The entire temple complex consists of 14 brilliantly sculptured Towers or Gopurams, as they are locally called. Of them two are golden and belong to the main deities. You will also visit the Gandhi Memorial Museum, which is located at the Tamukkam Palace. Next, you visit the Tirumalai Nayak Palace, which is a typical example of Indo-Saracenic architecture, which was constructed in the year 1523. Other places that you will visit include Koodal Azhagar Temple, which is one of the 108 temples that are dedicated to Lord Vishnu. You can re-visit the Meenakshi Temple to witness the evening prayer or “sandhyarati”.

DAY 12 – THEKKADY
Drive from Madurai to Thekkady, which is 160 km and will approximately take 4 hours to reach. Upon arrival you check into your hotel and later you take a half day tour of the place. The tour will include Thekkady wildlife Sanctuary, where you may be lucky enough to see heard of wild elephants taking bath and frolicking in the water of Thekkady Lake. You can take a tour of the spice plantation, where you will find spices like pepper, cardamom, pepper, nutmeg, clove, turmeric, vanilla, ginger, curry leaves and the likes. You can also enjoy an elephant ride. In the evening return to the hotel.

DAY 13 – KUMARAKOM
You drive to Kumarakom after breakfast, which is 140 km away and take about 3 hours 30 mins from Thekkady. Upon arriving Kumarakom, check into your hotel. Later, take an entire day tour of Kumarakom, which includes a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, which is a paradise for an ornithologist and even if you are not one, you will be bedazzled by the wide variety of bird’ species that the sanctuary is home to. The species that the sanctuary houses include Waterfowls, owls, Wood Beetles, Cuckoos, Egrets and the likes. You can relax the entire evening and retire for the day.

DAY 14 – ALLEPPEY
Breakfast will be followed by a drive to Alleppey, which is 35 km and will take about 1hours 30 mins. drive from Kumarakom. Alleppey is world famous for the Kerala backwaters, where you will check in to a houseboat. The place is called the, “Venice of the East” is crisscrossed by a vast network of backwater canals, which rove through the town and the adjoining villages.

DAY 15 – KOVALAM
You have your breakfast and proceed on the Kovalam, which is 159 km from Alleppey and will take around 3 hours 30 mins. Upon arriving at Kovalam, you check into your hotel and retire for the entire day.

DAY 16 – KOVALAM
After breakfast, you proceed on to an entire day excursion to Trivandrum, which is 11km from Kovalam and will take about 30 mins. In Trivandrum, you can pay a visit to the famous Napier Museum, which houses a rare collection of a vast range of historic as well as archeological artifacts from various historical eras. You can also pay trip to the Kuthiramalika Palace, which was constructed during the reign of the King of Travancore. The palace today houses a beautiful museum, which has a number of century old paintings and various other priceless artifacts and collections of the Royal Family. In the last leg of your tour, visit the Veli Tourist Village, which is a fantastic picnic spot, right the point of convergence of the Veli Lake with the waters of the Arabian Sea.
